We decided to grow beets and so we planted, watered, and miracle grow'd them till it was time to harvest we pulled 2 bulbs and one was albino and one had "zebra stripes".
We cooked them and they tasted just fine. They were very mild. I've heard of ringed beets, and yellow beets but not zebra or albino ones... It will be interesting to see what the rest look like.
