Our Easter Makeovers

Roxy is definitely ready for Easter!

Chu-wee's Before Picture

After
CJ chose to have Chu-wee be blue because it is a boy color...

Most girls choose nail polish to match their clothes... i did it to match my skin!
Getting a doggie to sit still in the bathtub for 20 minutes after i brushed the color on is hard work! I was constantly trying to keep them from jumping out and cuddling them so that they would stay in the tub (and yes i was wearing gloves and a plastic clothes cover and i still ended up with blue and magenta dye all over me!)

CJ's new lucky sweat bands

CJ got some new sweat bands (you gotta love target's $1 section!) and wore them to his basketball game and not only did they "Help me run faster"- CJ, they also helped him make 3 baskets!

CJ made a basket!

We told CJ that if he made a basket during today's game we would give him $5, and he did! He was awesome!

Kids are like cells...

They multiply like crazy! I started off with inviting 2 kids over for a play date after school and they miraculously multiplied. By dinner time we had 9! All the kids got to make their own little pizzas. They had to roll out the dough and put on all their favorite toppings. They were so yummy! We also had apples, oranges, and ants-on-a-log (celery, peanut butter, and raisins). We watched the new movie Planet 51- I highly recommend it, it was hilarious! Taylor Pittman, Alexis Henry, Keifer, Auston Buell, Kade Henry, Bryce Buell, CJ Tunqusit, Ashley Tunquist, & Addison Stone

im domestic

Today i worked on our house some more. I made this wicked awesome "Tunquist Family" sign with help from my sister Angel's vinyl company www.Walapaloo.com (they rock!) The vinyl is metallic copper and looks awesome! I cant wait to hang it on my wall. Second item of the day was to make it so Roxy stops falling down the stairs at night time to go potty (even though it is kinda funny). I didnt want to drill holes into the deck for these solar lights for the stairs so I found some scrap wood from dad's house and used his ban saw, belt sander, and drill press and... viola! lighted steps!

(Thanks dad for sharing your tools!)
