My Birthday Collage Art Party

This year for my birthday i wanted a Butterfly Collage for my wall with canvases painted by my friends and family. They definitely SHOWED THE LOVE! I have so many canvases painted for me by people that love me (with more coming soon). I am the luckiest girl in the world!
On Saturday we had an Art Party. I supplied the paint and canvases and my loved ones brought their ideas and "sillies". It was a great time!

I love these and i cant wait to see the rest! I am going to start putting them up on the wall today and after i get the rest on the wall i will post a picture of the finished collage. Thank you so much everyone!

Today's Harvest

Today we harvested 11 bell peppers, 15 yellow onions and a bowl of red potatoes. Now what??? there is no way we could eat all of this!

Cooking with Gma

Ashley loves spending time with Gma Stone! Sewing, painting and most of all Cooking. Tonight they made Stir-fry for dinner. Ashley is a great cook!

I got these pics from daycare...

They scared the crap outta me till i saw the text saying "lol... it's red velvet cupcake mix!) They definitely have too much fun at the Buell's house!

CJ got this note from school

"CJ,
Do you want to be in my club so we can be chased by girls and be filthy rich
Michael"
in which CJ replies "YES"
I think this is as hilarious as it is adorable!

I jarred some pickles and jam

I attended a "Sudweeks Sisters" weekend in Lake Tahoe. I brought for an activity supplies for jarring pickles and jam (thanks Star for teaching me how to do it!) I got lots of help from the other girls and had a VERY successful jarring session, 100% of the jars sealed. Woo Hoo!
I went to a farmers market and bought 10 pounds of pickling cucumbers. I sliced them with a special "crinkle cutter" that Star bought me. I think it makes them look "fancier".

Here is the finished result. Kosher Garlic Dill Pickles... heavy on the garlic. I cant hardly wait the 4 weeks till they are ready to eat.

I also made some low sugar Strawberry-Blackberry Jam. We got to use it on our toast at Tahoe and it was delicious! Aunt Ann went and bought some supplies too and we made some strawberry jam for her to take back to Utah. I had a blast doing all the jarring and was excited to be able to teach my aunties how to do it.
